What we collect

Enquiry form: your name, email address, company, phone number (optional), the service you are interested in and your message.

Careers form: your name, email address, phone number, years of experience, cover note and any CV you attach.

Analytics: pages visited, device and approximate location, collected by Google Analytics only after you click "Accept" on the cookie notice. If you decline, analytics stays switched off.

Your browser also stores your cookie choice and, if you apply for a role, your contact details so you do not have to type them again. This stays on your device and you can clear it at any time.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and prepare proposals, to assess job applications, and to understand how the website is used so we can improve it. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who processes it for us

Vercel (website hosting), Resend (delivering form submissions to our inbox) and Google (analytics, only with your consent). They process data on our instructions and may do so outside India.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting engagement. Job applications are kept for up to 12 months so we can consider you for future roles, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you may ask for a summary of the data we hold about you, have it corrected or erased, withdraw your consent, nominate someone to act for you, and raise a grievance. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already took place.
